Hector storms the wall
Polydamas’s advice to Hector
advice dismounting from chariots and attacking the wall by foot (a leader who continues fighting by chariot is killed, shows Polydamas should be respected)
Hector explains the Greek wall fell because
The Greeks had not made offerings to the gods when they built it, therefore it did not last for long
Homer explains he is unable to describe the whole story
