Toward is called Medial
away is called Lateral
How to you say “Away from” and “Next to” when speaking about the limbs.
Proximal is “Next to”
Distal is “Away from”
What do Anterior and Posterior Mean
anterior is the front of the patient, while posterior is the back of the patient
What is the Sagittal Plane
The plane that splits the body in have from the from to back, splitting the face in face, down to between the legs. This has the Midline.
What is the Transversal Plane
the plane that splits the body in half from the navel
What is the Coronal Plane
the plane that splits the body in half from the side, Taking use the Midaxillary line.
