Half a chicken. Brined for 48 hours, then buttermilk/jalapeño garlic marinade for 24 hours. And flour. Then fried at 300 degrees.
Prime rib
Queen cut prime rib roasted. Served with natural jus and crispy Parmesan whipped potatoes.
Lobster roll
Maine lobster mix. Mayo, celery, red onion, tarragon, chive, lemon juice and zest champagne vin.
Paella
Lobster, clam, mussels, squid, saffron rice, chorizo, piperade, beans and scallions.
Burger and a beer
Potato bun, tom, onion, cheddar, pickled green tomato, bacon, special sauce, fries.
Spaghetti and meatballs
3 massive meatballs with parm cheese, brioche bread crumbs, basil oregano, tom sauce garlic onion basil chives
