to provide clotting factors or for volume expansion, infused w/i 2 h of thawing infused over 30-45 min
Cryprecipitates
used to replace clotting factors usually r/t factor viii and fibrinogen
granulocytes
treats sepsis or neutropenic client, monitor wbc for effectiveness
