distilled water- clean after use
solutions

put on gloves- PPE
get slides out of packet/box- 2
get blood out of the capillary tube- 45’c angle 3/4s full
place dot of blood 1/4 of way up on slide
30’C spreader slide drawn back, into blood
push away- not all to the edge, smeared edge/ feathering
put in
ID slide
blue, pink, purple - 5 times each Giesma Stain
dispose in relation to HWR, COSHH
