Penicillin G if susceptible
3rd generation cephalosporins if resistant

Ampicillin or vancomycin (linezolid or daptomycin if resistant)

Benzathine Penicillin G (effective w/ one dose IM or IV)

Doxycycline or erythromycin
Borrelia burgdorferi
Doxycycline, ampicillin or ceftriaxone depending upon disease presentation
Neisseria meningitidis
Pencillin
Neisseria gonorrhoeae
Ceftriaxone + Azithromycin or Doxycycline
Chlamydia trachomatis
Azithromycin - effective with 1 large dose
