  2. Envision the details of this mountain
  3. Bring the image into your own body
  4. Observe the animals and the weather
  5. The weather just happens. The mountain doesn’t take it personally.
  6. Just like the mountain with weather, you can observe the emotional storms with yourself without taking them personally.
