- Think of a beautiful, prominent mountain
- Envision the details of this mountain
- Bring the image into your own body
- Observe the animals and the weather
- The weather just happens. The mountain doesn’t take it personally.
- Just like the mountain with weather, you can observe the emotional storms with yourself without taking them personally.
