canon ball mets on chest X-ray
Renal cell carcinoma presentation?
haematuria
loin pain
abdominal mass
like a wilms tumour
which hormones do testicular cancers produce?
Seminoma - bHCG
Teratoma - AFP
this means there could be hyperthyroidism or Gynaecomastia
what questions to ask for haematuria?
painful or painless? microscopic? volume? abodminal mass systemic unwellness - fever
smoking - bladder cancer
Medications - blood thinners could do this
what do we do with painless haematuria?
ALL painless haematuria to be seen in urology with 2WW
All get:
flexible cystoscopy
CT urogram - filling defect
