Schedule in exercise like homework or brushing your teeth, it will eventually become a habit

Work out indoors, step ips using a bench or chair, crunches while watching tv
Money/cost
No need for a gym, use ag home youtube videos that require no equipment (free). Purchase equipment that you will use in the long run
Bad habits
Keep screens outside of your room while sleeping to ensure a non disturbed sleep
Not enough time
Set priorities straight, create schedule including activities that meet the guidelines and other commitments’ expectations
Too tired/not enough sleep
Create an enjoyable night routine, involves no screen time 1hr before bed, liten to a podcast or meditation to sleep better
