Top Wines Produced / Blends
Barolo
Barolo Riserva
Barbera d’Alba
Dolcetto d’Alba
STYLE: Believes (even though he has vineyards in best crus) that most classic/complete Barolos are blend of various sites. Ripe fruit from low yielding plants A staunch traditionalist, ferments with indigenous yeasts in concrete vat without the aid of temperature control. The wines are aged in old, large botti, including some made from chestnut.
