What happens with a t(11;19)
A
Rearranged MLL…fusion of transcription regulator to many chromosomes
ALso FLT3 mutations
Basically, MLL becomes a transcriptional regulator and decreases differntiation

Who is affected
A
Very little kids (under 1 yr of age

What differentiates between this and the ALL t(9;22)
A
No CD 10 expression!!!
