What type of supervision levels are granted for authorisations
Limited, restricted and direct
How are external worker’s qualifications recognised?
External organisations are to provide a safe system of work. The CO may be empowered to stop work until evidence of competency is made available.
What is limited supervision?
Occurs when tasks are carried out and completed with no face to face supervision.
What is routine supervision?
Occurs when tasks are completed under the personal supervision of, but with minimal intervention.

Activities which require authorisations are promulgated in the force command approved templates at class level.

What is Direct Supervision?
Supervision which requires constant intervention.
If you hold an authorisation on an authorisation matrix, where are these authorisations valid?
Authorisations are valid for undertaking activities across the class to which the authorisation pertains.
Can authorisations be suspended or removed?
Authorisations can be temporarily suspended or removed due to safety or security concerns, however this must be supported with appropriate administrative action to ensure procedural fairness.
How are authorisations promulgated?
Information captured through authorisations is to be summarised in a consistent, adaptable and repeatable format IAW Class templates.
