Tricuspid(left lower, sternal border, slightly medial) and mitral areas (cardiac apex, distal on left side)

A
blood flow turbulence when mitral and tricuspid valves close at the start of systole
contraction phase
ends with ventricular ejection

Where is the pulmonic area?
A
Left base of heart (medial, approx T2)

What should I hear at the pulmonic area?
A
Dub/S2

What does S2 indicate?
A
end of systole, beginning of diastole
relaxation/ventricular filling

A
Aortic(right, base/top medial, level of T2 and pulmonic (left, T2, medial) sites
