A
Through persuasion from an expert. Make training fun. Allow early success. Using positive reinforcement. Using role models. Cognitive dissonance.

What is cognitive dissonance?
A
Attempts to create conflict in thoughts/ beliefs/ alter one part of the triadic model by creating psychological discomfort / disharmony.
