THINK
- causes dry mouth (anti PSNS), increases HR (anti PSNS), organophosphate poisoning with excessive cholinergic effects (anti PSNS)

- To increase HR (for bradycardia)
- Organophosphate poisoning
- Hypersalivation (side effect of Ket)

- Previous heart transplant

- Atrial flutter
- AF
- MI
- Glaucoma
*do not increase HR above 100bpm in <6 years

- Tachycardia
- Palpitations
- dry mouth
- dilated pupils
- blurry vision
- urine retention
- confusion / restlessness
