2. Breath all the way out
3. Put Inhaler in mouth (not steroids) or use spacer
4. As you start breathing in slowly through mouth,
   press down on inhaler once
5. Keep breathing in slowly 3 deeply
6. Hold your breath and count to 10
7. For Inhaled quick relief medicine (B2 agonists)
   wait a min between puffs
