A

A person centred approach is just that - making the person the centre of their care. This means getting them involved, them telling us with what they want, what they prefer, supporting them and working with them not just deciding everything for them.

Rights based approach puts the clients rights at the centre of the clients care; making sure they know their rights, and are empowered to speak up while the carers uphold their rights and are protect their rights.
