Siddhartha Gautama had a prophecy of being a king or a religious figure, and after escaping from the home that was trying to prevent him from seeing sadness in world, he saw the four sights and meditated for 49 days before reaching.enlightenment, becomes Buddha “the awakened one” and spreads how to reach Nirvana, through the eightfold path, which included the Four Noble truths and the middle way (living in moderation). It also includes the three jewels which was Buddha- teacher, Dharma- teaching, Sangha- Community of believers

After Confucius left on an expedition after seeing the corruption in the government, he spread his main beliefs which was the filial piety (respect for your elders) which also included the five relationships you should include in your life. His followers wrote his teachings down in oracle bone script called “The Analects”. He also preached the Mandate of Heaven, which stated that the Chinese empower was serving as an intermediary between citizens & heaven
