Articles of confederation
First constitution of the United States that officially established the government of the union of the thirteen states
(Gived more power to states and less power to the central government)
Weaknesses of the article of confederation
- Central government / Federal government had no power over taxes the central government had to ask states had for taxes
- No way to enforce laws passes by congress (Federal/National government )
- States had a lot of power while federal government had less power.
Anti federalist
Opposed a strong central/federal government supported a strong states also opposed the Articles of confederation due to the lack of bill of rights
Federalist
Supported the ratification of the Articles of confederation opposed strong state power.

Branch of government that creates laws the legislative branch are two houses the senators and the house of representative
(Two senators per states )
(House of representatives represents the amount of people per states depends on the population )
Executive branch
The branch of the United States that is responsible for carrying/ enforcing out laws
Judical branch
Branch of government that interprets/states the nation laws

Shays rebellion started in Massachusetts,1787
Shays rebellion started when the government of Massachusetts decided to raise taxes instead of issuing paper money to pay of its debt.
