A:

1) organisational self:
- one that has a role within an organisational setting which entails certain responsibilities and expectations about what constitutes professional behaviour. ORG self gets called on to conduct and present our self in ways the employing organisation deems appropriate.

2) identity:
- characteristics such as our family roles, our ethnic or cultural affiliation, our nationality, our gender, our sexual orientation, our profession, our interests, our personality and our life story.

  • this dimension is about how you think of and describe yourself to yourself or others.
  • Also about the identity that others ascribe to yourself. affects you whether or not you want like the ascribed identity

3) Relational self:
- reflects understanding that humans are profoundly social species: our individual actions, beliefs and values are strongly informed by societal influences and we form deep and often enduring bonds with others that have great significance to us.

4) Emotional self:
- is how emotions play a role in teamwork and leadership dynamic.

5) Developing self
- pays attention to and reflects critically on its habitual ways of thinking and acting, and questions what it takes for granted. it makes you ask the tough questions of the other dimensions of the self
