Question 1 (b) Discuss which approach to leadership you feel is most important and explain why.
A:- Results based leadership:
- A leader who brings the results they intended to is the easiest to follow. When a leader is doing what is required of them, people naturally follow them.
Question 1 (c) Provide an example of a real-life leader (somebody you know or somebody famous) that you think meets the criteria for this approach and explain why.
A: Adolf Hitler:
Adolf HItler was a ‘feel good dictator’. He ensured that the Germans felt as if they were important and ensured they were well cared for by the state. He provided the Germans with huge tax breaks and introduced social benefits that would not be considered normal in 2019. This lead to the public naturally following him and doing as he instructed. Results-based leaders define results by understanding audience and customer needs. They continually ask and answer the question – “What is wanted?” – before they decided how to meet these needs
