How long should details be to other divisions?
If possible a full work week. Sunday-Saturday
When detailed to other divisions (EMT recert, etc.) How many hours are deducted per work week away?
42 ie. 168-42 = 126 thus 126 hours required for rest of cycle
If details to other divisions are less than a full work week, how do you figure out hours worked?
1 hr in other divisions = 1.05 hrs in Operations. (8 x 1.05 = 8.4 hrs) Total of these hours will be computed as part of 168 required work hours
Any member reporting for duty & finds the company is not in quarters will do what?
Call OUC @ (202) 373-3700 to determine location of unit & note in journal their name & company, reporting time, & that they contacted OUC in journal
If advised by OUC that the company is working at an incident, or won’t be returning immediately to quarters, what will the member do?
Report to the company or unit without delay, after making journal entry indicting their directive.
If a member is unable to gain entrance to a company’s quarters due to locked doors, what do they do?
Contact OUC by whatever means available, & be guided by their instructions

Department clocks advance 1 hour @ 0200 hours. Members are charged 1 hour of AL, & SF-71 will be executed & submitted
What happens when reverting back to Eastern Standard Time from Daylight Savings Time?
Department clocks will be turned back 1 hour @ 0200 hours. Uniform & civilian personnel working will get 1 hour overtime. Form 13 will be executed & forwarded
