The difference between Needless/Accidental Alarms and False Alarms:
Smoke or steam scares which a mistake has been made with good intent, vs. knowingly False
How will department vehicles respond to alarms?
Will stop at all stop signs and red traffic lights, not at a speed greater than justified by physical condition of the vehicle, traffic and roadway conditions, will not exceed 35mph except where posted speed limit is higher (which will not be exceeded)
Response speed with snow chains?
Not to exceed 30 mph
