Only Tangible property is capable of being damaged directly by fire or explosive.

Ex) - Information stored on a computer that becomes irretrievable when the computer is damaged by fire.

Any property.

(b) & (c) deal with property that in general is higher value / more expensive.

Subsection (2) and (3) deal with lower value, depending on Defendant’s intent and the risk to other property.
