What is introspection
The first systematic experimental attempt to study the Mind by breaking up the conscious awareness into basic categories of thoughts images and sensation which was introduced by Wundt and his co worker

Forcing a memory out of conscious mind eg forgetting a death

Failing to acknowledge reality eg work

Transferring feelings from the orgiginal object to a substitute object eg slamming a door
