Fried squid battered with seasoned flour, served with a spicy Italian Pepper sauce (Ricardo sauce).
Calamari Ricardo
Julienned zucchini that is lightly breaded and fried until golden brown. It is served with a Roasted Garlic Aioli. The Roasted Garlic Aioli is prepared with mayonnaise, roasted garlic, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar and herb mix.
Zucchini Fritte
Fresh mussels steamed in a broth of onions, garlic, basil, lemon butter sauce, fresh lemon juice and anise flavor.
Mussels in White Wine Lemon Butter
6 slice of mozzarella cheese coated with Mamma Mandola breadcrumbs, fried and served with spicy marinara sauce.
Mozzarella Marinara
Shrimp dipped in milk and breaded with flour, salt, pepper, garlic and cayenne pepper and fried until golden brown. Topped with lemon butter and Italian pepper relish (pepperoncini, red bell pepper and crushed red pepper).
Shrimp Diavolo
Risotto mixed with Campagnolo sauce and Romano cheese breaded with Panko breadcrumbs and fried. Served with a side of spicy marinara sauce.
Arancini
Fresh milk mozzarella cheese seasoned with kosher salt and black pepper, surrounded by 3 slices of beefsteak tomatoes topped with diced beefsteak tomatoes, basil leaves, red onions, kosher salt & black pepper. Topped with a balsamic glaze and an extra virgin olive oil drizzle.
Tomatoes Caprese
6 slices of ciabatta bread brushed with extra virgin olive oil, then served or topped with sketa topping of the day.
Bruschette
Oven baked ciabatta bread served with fresh milk mozzarella cheese, pesto with pine nuts and walnuts, Roma tomatoes and fresh basil.
Bruschette Caprese
A combination of house favorites consisting of Calamari, Bruschette Caprese and Mozzarella Marinara.

Our flatbread topped with wood-grilled sirloin, caramelized red onions, Gorgonzola cheese, grape tomatoes and fresh basil.
Steak & Gorgonzola Flatbread
Our flatbread topped with pomodoro, Romano and mozzarella cheeses, and sautéed chicken breast lightly breaded with Mamma Mandola breadcrumbs.
