The addictive element of this dish is the juiciness of the chicken. Air chilled, hand cut chicken that is breaded in small batches every 5 hours and deep fried to order in trans fat free, high quality oil. Sous chefs test the colour and flavour of the oil on each shift to meet rigorous freshness standards. We specify oil that is cholesterol free, non-hydrogenated and not genetically engineered.

Our chicken comes in fresh 3 times a week to our restaurants. We specify air chilling to reduce water weight and 4-5 lb birds to yield 10-12 pieces per pound of wings. Our wings are deep fried to order, salted and tossed with Frank’s Hot Sauce. What makes them addictive is not a secret spice or cooking method. It is purely from using fresh chicken, not frozen or pre-blanched, cooked to order.
