History with otoscopy
Conduction hearing loss tuning fork test
Pure tone & audiometry & tympanometry

A
  • Wait and see, review @ 3 months
  • If persistent symptoms => ENT referral
    • Grommets
    • Adenoidectomy (esp if nasal symptoms)
