I have monitored and evaluating the English faculties provision of quality teaching and learning opportunities, especially in respect to programming, but also in applying a full range of effective assessment strategies (‘For Learning’, ‘As Learning’, and ‘Of Learning’). This is something I will be proactive in leading the English faculty to reflectively adapt their practice, thus meeting milestones as set out in SD2.
