A

1.review the medical history
2.consult with the dentist and medical doctors about the bleeding risk before the dental procedures: obtain the most current INR, ask the patient todo the INR before 24 hours of the dental treatment if invasive treatment or surgery is needed.
3.discontinuation of anticoagulants is not recommended
4.Provide pre- and post- treatments procedure
5. Make sure the bleeding arrested before discharge the patient.
