CPPP - Carbamazepine, Phenytoin, Phenobarbital, Primidone

Is abrupt withdrawal of anti-epileptics recommended?
No - risk of severe rebound seizures
First-line for focal seizures

Risk of severe respiratory depression, Schedule change

Fever, lymphadenopathy, rash
