How does iritis present?
A
Unilateral Dull, ache pain Reduced acuity Floaters and flashes Ciliary flush (ring of red) Constricted pupil Photophobia due to muscle spasm Pain on movement Tears Abnormal shaped pupil due to adhesions

How is iritis managed?
A
Ful slit lamp examination same day Steroids Cyclopentolate or atropine drops to dilate pupil Immunosupressants Laser therapy
