- Thoraco-Lumbar Fascia
- Anterior 2/3 of Iliac Crest and lateral 1/3 of Inguinal Ligament
Internal Oblique: I
- Inferior border of Rib 10-12
- Linea Alba and Pectin Pubis via Conjoint Tendon

- Flexes Trunk (bilaterally)
- Rotates Trunk (ipsilaterally)
