I: Pisiform Bone, Hook of Hamate Bone, and 5th Metacarpal Bone

A: Flexes and adducts wrist; stabilizes your wrist in neutral

N: Median Nerve (C7, C8, T1)
A: Flexes middle phalanges at proximal IP joints of medial 4 digits; flexes proximal phalanges at MCP joints and hand

O: Proximal 3/4 of medial and anterior surfaces of ulna and interosseous membrane
I: Bases of Distal Phalanges of medial 4 Digits
N: Medial Part–> Digits 4,5 : Ulnar Nerve (C8, T1) ; Lateral Part–> Digits 2,3: Anterior Interosseous Nerve (C8, T1)
A: Flexes distal phalanges at distal IP joints of medial 4 digits, assists with flexion of the hand; medial part flexes DIP of digits 4 and 5; lateral part of digits 2 and 3
