Q

What is the origin, insertion, Innervation, and action of the pronation teres?

A

Ulnar head is the corona is process of the ulna and humeral head is the medial epicondyle of the humerus inserts on the middle convexity of the lateral surface of the radius.
Innervated by the median nerve C6-C7

Q

What is the origin, insertion, Innervation, and action of the flexor digitorum superficialis?

A

Humero-ulnar head: medial epicondyle of the humerus and coronoid process of the ulna
Radial head: oblique line of the radius
To the shafts of the middle phalanges of the medial four digits.
Innervation: C7-T1
Actions: flexes the wrist joint, it flexes the metacarpophalangeal joints and flexes the proximal interphlangeal joints.

Q

What is the origin, insertion, Innervation, and action of the flexor digitorum profundus?

A

Proximal three quarters of the medial and anterior surfaces of the ulna and interosseous membrane to the bases of the distal phalanx medial 4 digits.
Innervation: lateral part is the median nerve (digits 2 and 3) medial part is the ulnar nerve (digits 4 and 5) C8-T1
