Rh IncompatibilityCircumstance:What happens?
Mother has Rh negative blood and baby/fetus has Rh positive blood.Because mother is Rh negative her body will produce antibodies against the baby’s Rh positive blood. When these antibodies cross the placenta they will cause hemolytic rxn of baby’s RBC’s and baby will become jaundice

-Every time they are pregnant-If they have had a miscarriage or abortion-After prenatal test such as amniocentesis or chorionic villus biopsy-After injury to ABD during pregnancy
