1. Ensure adequate airway, breathing and circulation
2. Care for bleeding from the vagina. (Place pad over vaginal opening, never pack in attempt to control bleeding. Replace pad if necessary. Save tissues to see how much blood loss)
3. Treat for shock (hypoperfusion)
4. Treat other signs and symptoms
5. Transport patient on their side
