Bottom hand- Cup posterior lower tibia and fibula around both malleoli
Upper hand- web spaces anterior aspect of talus
Arms parallel equal and opposite force produced

Prone lying leg 90° flexion
Bottom hand - Cup posterior tibia and fibula
Upper hand - web spaces posterior talus equal and opposite pressure
Improve ankle Dorsiflexion
AP talus
Improve ankle plantarflexion
