It is the first detailed list of symptoms and treatments.
Doctors continued to use the theories and methods in these books for many centuries

A

Winter; sneezing. Too much phlegm and the body is trying to get rid of it
Spring: Too much blood so they have nosebleeds or suffer from dysentery getting rid of excess blood

A

It relates to the 4 humours
When it’s hot, we bleed a lot because our body is trying to get rid of excess blood to balance the humours
The cooling down refers to Hippocrates theory that when you are too hot, you need to cool down
