Son of Phillip of Macedon, who took the trone when his father died. He has been one of the greatest generals in all history
Democracy
It means “ruled by the people”, excercise by all free-adults-males.
Oligarchy
The excercise of political privilege by the wealthier member of society
Pericles
Politian and general who evolved the Athen’s democracy, creating a new social system
Cleisthenes
A lawgiver who reformed the political structure and process of Athen’s democracy by creating tribes that equally contributed to the government
Council of 500
Each tribe put 50 men each year to served the government and then had to wait 11 years to serve again.
Peoples courts
Assembley of jurors who voted in court
Autarchy
Literally means “self-rule”. You had to be your own boss in order to participate in the government

“Free time” where you spend time forming your mind
Telos
It means “in result”
