1) soft - someone who is naive and easy to manipulate

2) medium- generally someone who does their job well (this is what you want)

3) Hard- someone who is difficult to manipulate and can sometimes be a “ heat bag”. Someone who sees policy and procedures as black and white (extremely by the book).
