Skin + mucosal signs of urticaria

Acute onset airway (swelling, hoarseness, stridor)
Breathing (tachypnoea, wheeze, cyanosis, desaturating)
Circulation (pale, clammy, hypotensive, drowsy, comatose)

ABCDE
Call for help
IM adrenaline 1:1000 IM
Airway, high flow O2
IV fluids (20mg/kg crystalloid)
Hydrocortisone/chlorphenamine IM/slow IV
Salbutamol if wheeze
