1933 inauguration day for the president was moved from early March to January 20th

23rd amendment
1961 Allow citizens of Washington DC to vote for president And give DC three electoral votes
25th amendment
1967
1.clarifies that the VP will be P for the rest of the term if the president dies or resign.
2. States that the VP becomes P when the P can’t perform his duties Until written notification he can resume
3. vacancies in the role of VP are filled by appointment of the new president and are filled by the house.
