Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or for prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, it’s a petition government forward dress of grievances.
Amendment III
No soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law

Amendment VII
Any suits at common law, Where the value and controversy shall exceed $20, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, Shelby otherwise re-examined in any court of the United States, then according to the rules of the common-law
Amendment VIII
Bans excessive bail and punishment. The courts may not impose unreasonable bail, fines, or cruel and unusual punishment.
Amendment IX
Rights retained by the people. Guarantees others’ rights not listed in the constitution or bill of rights.

States rights. Reserved powers for the states and the people that are not specifically given to the national government
