Disulfram- (hangover)
Naltrexone - reduced pleasure from alcohol.
Acamprosate (anti-craving)

Chlordiazepoxide - long acting benzodiapine. Used acutely to stop withdrawal symptoms eg DT. Reduce dose carefully over 5/7days
