Distribution - inc conc
Metabolism - slower metabolism (dec gastric alcohol dehydrogenase and liver)

- Balance, judgement, orthostasis = falls
- Bone density = osteoporosis
- Nutrition = B12, folate, iron, Ca
- Neurologic = delirium, withdrawal seizures, dementia, peripheral neuropathy, Wenicke/Korsakoff
