Where can you find the Airworthiness standards?
Annex 8
Who does Airworthiness pertain to?
Multi-engine aircraft over 5700kg (certificated after 13th June 1960) and helicopters with a maximum take off mass (MTOM) > 750kg (certificated after 13th December 2007)
Who issues the C of A?
The state which provides the aircraft or an authorised representative
What does the State of Registry do for Airworthiness?
They determine whether the certificate shall be renewed or remain
Who determines whether the Certificate of Airworthiness remains or is renewed?

Who determines whether a damaged aircraft can still be used or not?
If an aircraft is damaged, the State of Registry can allow the continuous use of the aircraft if they deem the aircraft is still airworthy
