  • inflammation between mucosa and smooth muscle squeezing lumen close

Granulomatous bronchiolitis

A
  • histiocytes and multinucleated giant cells (macrophages)
  • may be necrotizing or nonnecrotizing
  • necrotic due to infection of mycobacteria and fungus. dead pus with neutrophils
  • nonnecrotic due to infection, sarcoid, beryllium
