– Inner core 5 nm radius and from surface to 4000 AGL – outer core 10 nm radius and from 1200-4000AGL
1200’ AGL to 4000’ AGL – Mode C Transponder, ads b out, and establish 2 way radio communication – 3 miles
visibility and 1000’ above 500’ below and 2000’ horizontal from clouds
Speed limit is 200 within 4nm of airport, otherwise 250knts

A

180 – Class E also exists above FL 600 – No equipment requirements - Below 10,000’: 3 miles
visibility and 1000’ above 500’ below and 2000’ horizontal from clouds – Above 10,000’: 5 miles
visibility and 1000’ above 1000’ below and 1 mile horizontal from clouds

A

uncontrolled airspace – may start at the surface and can go as high as 14,500’ MSL or 1200’ usuall echo on top
AGL – no equipment requirements – Below 1200’ AGL : 1 mile visibility and clear of clouds
Above 1200’ AGL but below 10,000’ MSL : 1 mile visibility and 1000’ above 500’ below and
2000’ horizontal from clouds
At night: 3 miles visibility and 1000’ above 500’ below and 2000’
horizontal from clouds
Above 10000’ : 5 miles visibility and 1000’ above 1000’ below and 1 mile
horizontal from clouds

Visibility of 1 statute mile and cloud clearance of 1,000 ft above, 500 ft below, and 2,000 ft horizontally
Night below 10,000 ft MSL but higher than 1,200 ft AGL
Visibility of 3 statute miles, 1,000 ft above clouds, 500 ft below clouds, and at least 2,000 ft horizontal from clouds
Above 10,000 ft MSL day or night, and more than 1,200 ft AGL
Visibility of 5 statute miles, 1,000 ft above clouds, 1,000 ft below clouds, and 1 statute mile horizontal distance from clouds

Special use airspace

A

M - Military operating area you can fly through. Check margin of sectional for defined limits and active times.
C - Controlled firing area you can fly through, they use a radar scope.
P - Prohibited cant fly through
R - Restricted request permission and times listed when its hot
A - Alert you can fly through ie our training area
W - Warning use caution ie 3 miles off shore may be hazardous and clearance not required
N - National security airspace
