Class A
IFR only, flight plan clearance, 2 way comm, transponder, ADS-B out
Class B
Surface to 10k MSL, ATC clearance, separation services, transponder with alt, 2 way comm, ADS-B out, 3SM clear of clouds
Class C
Surface to 4k AGL, surface 5NM radius, 1200-4000 10NM radius, 2 way comm

Surface to 2500.AGL, 2 way comm

Base either at surface, 700, 1200 or 14500
Up to 18000, and above FL600
At or above 10k MSL = 5-111

Uncontrolled up to base of Class 3
